What this places tells us about the Geopark

The Canada Poland War II Museum shows how the landscape played a crucial role in the liberation of Zeeland. The Battle of the Scheldt was more than a military operation: it was a conflict shaped by dikes, canals, polder roads, and deliberately flooded plains. This museum reveals how geography, history, and human courage came together in a decisive chapter of World War II.
